I discuss the nutritional differences between store-bought and homemade baby food. I explain how store-bought baby food is processed using ultra-high heat, resulting in a decrease in vitamins and minerals.

On the other hand, homemade baby food allows for more control over ingredients, diverse flavors, and the introduction of whole foods. I provide pros and cons for both options.
